New Zealand choicest saltecl, 196 s to 198 s; Australian, 188 s to 190 s; unsalted very scarce, the few lots available making about 10s premium. Danish is hardening and is about 210 s. Siberian butters are arriving freely; mostly excellent in condition and quality, and are selling at 160 s to 170 s; some inferiors at 150 s. Cheese.—Yerv firm. New Zealand white, 94s to 965; coloured, 90s.
