The Government Aleteorologist- telegraphed that for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day the indications are for south-easterly winds. moderate to strong and freshening. The weather will probably prove sflually. with heavy showers, .and will probably become colder. Barometer rising soon. Seas heavy; tides good.
