OAVNER. AND TENANT QUARREL. (BY TELEGRAFH —PRESS ASSOCIATION A CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 5. As a sequel to a quarrel with a tenant in her house, Lillian Reed, aged So, a widow, was charged this morning with having done grievous bodily harm to Florence Beatrice Bartlett. The police stated that the victim was struck on the head with an axe, hut her conditions was not serious. Reed was remanded on bail of £2OO.
