IRAQ CABINET RESIGNS. BY CABLE—PREBS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI DELHI, Aug. 4. According to advices from Bagdad the Iraq Constituent Assembly has dissolved and Cabinet has resigned. A new Cabinet lias been formed u’ith Yeshin Pasha A 1 Hassimi, formerly a general in the Turkish army, as Premier. The nea r Cabinet is considerably stronger than the last, and is expected to expedite the stabilisation of the country.
