The- New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board has received a cable from its representative at Buenos Aires. South America, advising the following shipments to the United Kingdom for the fortnight' ended July 26, 1924, from Argentine and Uruguay:— 156,480 quarters chilled beef, 38,877 quarters frozen beef, 59,543 carcases frozen mutton, 96,981 cai cases frozen lamb. Thequantity shipped to the Continent of Europe during the same period totalled 228,800 quarters frozen beef, 11,037 carcases frozen mutton.
