CUSTOMS REVENUE.
POET OF NEW-PLYMOUTH. A comparison of the Customs revenue at the Port of New Plymouth for the past month with that received in July of last year, reveals a large increase. The receipts were £11,314 3s and £7992 9s lid, respectively, representing an increase of £3321 13s Id. AUCKLAND, July 31. Customs dues for July totalled £186,vious July, an increase of £28,800. The 802 compared with £158.002 in the pretotal for the seven months was £1,263,848, compared with £1,227,311 for last year’s period, an increase of £36,537.
