LONDON NEGOTIATIONS. NEARING THE BREAKING POINT. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, July 31. The Daily Telegraph hints that the Soviet may break off the London negotiations before the British Government acts
The Telegraph adds that M. Rakovskv (one of the Russian, delegates), before leaving for Moscow, is alleged to have circularised his colleagues in other European capitals, saying: “The delegation has been treated with contempt. Our creditors have put us against a wall, I will recommend an ultimatum and that the delegation be ordered to leave London at the earliest date.”
