OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE. (BY TELEGRAPHY-PRESS ASSOCIATION.'/ WELLINGTON, July 30. At the Supreme Court to-day, G. A. Jenners, a jeweller, was acquitted on two charges of theft of a diamond pendant, anti convicted for obstructing the course of justice, with a strong recommendation 1o leniency on the ground that accused had not acted with the intention of benefiting liirnselj. Sentence was deferred. Cyril Wagxtaff pleaded guilty to a charge ot indecent assault smd was remanded for sentence.
