DROWNED HIS FAMILY. 8Y OABLR— PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT „„ LISBON, Jnlv 29. Ihe mysterious absence of a wife and three children of a miller named Seeundino led the father-in-law to seek his daughter at their home at Santa Martha.
