UTGAMY. LUX TfILKGRAPH —PREBB ASSOCIATION f AUCKLAND, .July 21. Bigamy Mfls admitted bv Thomas Jeremiah Smith. 35, at the Police Court. The police evidence showed that the accused went through a ceremony with a widow in April, though he hail been previously married' to Eethel Mav \Vmdsor, at Wanganui, in 1912. He admitted having obtained a marriage license under the name of Albert George Heaney. Accused was committed for sentence.
