BOROUGH BY-LAWS. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.I TTMAETJ, July 22. At the Magistrate’s Court at Temukn to-day, Mr Mosley, S.M., ruled ns unreasonable, and therefore invalid, two sections of the Temukn borough bylaws in reference to the speed at which cars may travel in the borough. One of the by-laws limited the speed across a street intersection to six miles an hour, and the other restricted the pace on certain streets to ten miles an hour.
