The Matsuyama Maru, from Keeling, sank on July 11 west of Goto Island, and all hands, except one stoker, Who was picked up by a trawler, were lost. The sur viyor states that the vessel began to sink shortly after leaving Keeling. Pumping efforts were: ineffective, and the vessel was finally abandoned.—Reuter.'
