SATURDAY, JULY 19. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. today the indications arc for south-easterly winds, strong to gale at times. TJie weather will probably prove colder and showery. The night will piobnbly be very cold; barcinetcr rising; sea considerable; tides good.
