Mr. Gibson, Commonwealth Post-master-General, expects that the wireless negotiations will be concluded within two or three weeks. He explains that the reason for proceeding with the beam in preference to the’superpower system is that the former is capable of installation within six months, while the latter requires two years.—Aus.-N.Z.
