TONGA DISTURBANCES. a? CARLE—VRKHP ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received .Julv 19. 10.10 a.m LONDON, July 19. The Burns Philp Company, who are agents for the Tongan Government, have received a request from the Premier to give a complete denial on liehalf of the Tongan Government to the statements contained in the report of disturbances there which, except for slight trouble,- at Varan, are entirely without foundation.
