In this issue the Eltham Commercial Dairy Company has a preliminary announcement, which is of special interest to all associated with the industry. The company will be ready to receive cream on August 1. Full particulars are set out in the advertisement. Attention is drawn in our issue to to-day of the sale by public tender by the Public Trustee of a dairy farm and Jersey herd at Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay. The deceased owner is stated to have been'a progressive farmer and has built up a first-class herd over a period of ten years. A first-class opportunity for anyone commencing dairying operations.
