The announcement has already appeared in our advertising columns that the progressive grocery firm trading under the title of tne “Cut-Rate Store” has removed to more commodious and central premises in (Tnion Street. The change of iocation has proved advantageous to the enterprising proprietor, whose experience, has proved the truth ol the old adage that “nothing succeeds like success/’ When Mr Horsburgh started business in Hawera the slump had set in, so lie had not the advantage of boom conditions to assist his business development, hut his “keen selling” methods ol trading and his intimate knowledge of his trade have led to such a measure of success that the new premises became a matter of necessity, and the “Cut-Rate” is now a name well known throughout South Taranaki, especially among keen buyers. Judging by the busy appearance* of the establishment and the large turnover, the “CutRate” has not yet reached maximum development.
