LITTLE HOPE FOR BILL. 1Y r VBL»—PREBR ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Received July 17, 11.55 a.m. LONDON, July 16. Sir Guy Gaunt’s Merchandise Marks Bill was practically killed as a result of two abortive meetings of the Standing Committee of the House of Commons, to whom the Bill was committed for consideration.
