Robert Sievier attributed his" fourth appearance in bankruptcy to the action of the executors of his friend C. W. Black in obtaining judgment for loans amounting to £121,000, from which he asserted that Black prior to his death had released him. Liabilities amount to £129,000 and the assets to £31,000. Sievier asserted that he in one year made £50,000, and possibly £IOO,OOO, on the turf. The newspaper Winning Post before the war produced £IO,OOO yearly. Now it owed him £IB,OOO. Sydney Sun Cables.
