Bawling Association haie advised the Wellington Centre that the nominations for officers and non-ofhem l members to represent the North Island do not exceed the number required, and there will, therefore necessity for a ballot. * ihe following have been declared duly elected : Mr F. Meadowcroft, Wel1u - President; Mr J. Kershaw, Wellington, treasurer; non-official members of the council, Messrs S 5w ti: n- M. J. Hedging (Wellington), J. B. Jack (Wanganui), A Smart (New Plymouth), M. M McCMlum (Auckland), J. M. Thomson (Auckland). A ballot will, however, be necessary to elect the South Island delegates.
