Lumlev (Conservative), said that Zaghlul Pasha (Premier of Egypt) expressed his readies to enter into negotiations with the British Government, but the date of the meeting had not yet been fixed. A BERLIN PLOT. ~ , CAIRO, July 14. Documents have been discovered suggesting that the conspiracy wherebv the Premier (Zaghlul Pasha) was shot, wing sligthly wounded, was hatched in Berlin.
