Once the necessary vote is passed by the House, the Railway Department will have no excuse, and it is to be honed will want none, for further delay. ' Until the Ministerspeaks in the House it is difficult to forecast the number of men that will be employed upon this large work, but it may be taken for granted that the double task of reconstructing the railway station and making the deviation round Campbell’s Point will proceed simultaneously.
