NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION. DELEGATION TO SOUTH. AFRJCA. (BY T£TjEGR.AT»TT—CRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, July 14. A meeting of the New Zealand branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, which was held to consider the invitation from the South African branch to send a delegation to South Africa this Year, after consulting the Premier decided to accept the invitation that four New Zealand - Parliamentarians should go to South Africa, one from the Legislative Council and one from each of the three parties in the Lower House. The Council meets to-morrow morning to appoint its representative, and the Reform, Liberal and Labour Parties also meet to-morrow to appoint their respective delegates.
