AGAINST LAND AGENT. (BY TELEGRAPH—FRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, July 14. Gladwin Douglas Connell, land agenton nine charges of having unlawfully converted to his own use moneys he had, collected, totalling £67, was placed on probation for two years.
