Revolutionists • have captured Sao Paulo, in Brazil, and secured control of the Federal buildings after considerable fighting. A veiled message indicates that the occurrences rival in seriousness the outbreak at Rio de Janeiro in 1922. NEW YORK, July 7. Advices- from Buenos Ayres state that the reported revolution has spread into Ria de Janeiro city. An official communique, dated from Rio de Janeiro on Saturday, says : “The public here remains calm and has complete confidence in the Government.’’ Other reports suggest that the revolution may sweep all Brazil. Troops have been sent to SaO' Paulo to restore order.
