INCREASING ACTIVITY. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION .) AUCKLAND, July 2. The increasing activity in the motor world ais it. affects Auckland is demonstrated in the returns of registrations for the second quarter of 1924. In the city and .the three adjacent counties the registrations of cars, buses, trucks and motor-cycles totalled 1182, compared Avith 958 for the corresponding period of 1923, an increase of 23.38 per cent. Registrations for the half-year numbered 2531 or 614 more than in the first half of the year of 1923, an increase of 32 per cent. In the city alone registrations for the last quarter numbered 941. compared Avith 832 last year and 1072 for the first three months of this vear.
