The board also dealt with' the following business arising out of the operations of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act: The board recommended the sale of 12 abandoned farms at the prices submitted; live transfers were approved and t.ivo transfers were refused: .one application by a partnership to divide their property was recommended, whilst one was refused.
