Backed; by the tremendous of the Hudson Motor Company,; the -largest builders of fine cars in the world, the Essex has an excellent sponsor, and judging from present results its' excellence of performance is assured. The combination of springing and steering is only ,found in cars' of' twice its price; Benzine and oil. consumption i s exeeedingly lo\v, yet speed and hill? climbing abilities are excellent. -A - thirty-minute ride will win you? - The Hudson is shown in twcTmodols—the speedster five-seater de luxe and'. ' the five-seater colonial body. Both models are on the' famous super-six chassis, which is too well known to' require elaboration:The body Avork, lines, upholstering lof the colonial body, model are superb, probably noth--ing better having been, shovpi here before. It is a gem* of-the c'oachhuilder’s art, and only requires to be seen to be appreciated. . The Chevrolet de luxe model -is the finest value, ear of its class on the market. Its sales recoi’d, which is the second largest in the- world in- • 'dictates; its position in ;public opinion when it comes to buying- economical means of transportation. The Standard, England’s, leading light ear, is represented by a 'l4-h?p. model. British cars are noted for their' excellence of construction and* general allround reliability. ; Economy in oil and benzine consumption is a- strong feature of -the Standard, whilst its hill-climbing abilities are equal to any American car.
