MISREPRESENTATION ALLEGED. (BY TELEGRAPH —PPK’SS ASSOCIATION. - ) HAMILTON, June 27. At the Supreme Court Aitken Leonard Flyger and his wife Grace Flyger, farmers at Pukuhia, claimed from Percy Arthur Hermann, sharebrokers, Auckland, £3500 damages for alleged misrepresentation over the sale of a farm. It was alleged that Hermann gave plaintiffs to understand that when putting the deal through that the farm would carry many more cows than it was found possible to carry. The jury returned a verdict that defendant had been *guilty of fraud, and awarded £IOO4 damages. His Honor adjourned the case for further consideration under Rule 2-86. leave to move for a new trial within 14 days being granted.
