BY CABLE—PRESS ABBOOIATI ON—COPYRIGHT LONDON, June 10. t The Daily Express says that Mr Cochran, organiser of the -rodeo, a legal adviser, and Tex Austin, at a conference last night, decided to suspend the steer-roping contests which have been held privately at the Wembley Stadium, pending the summonses duo for hearing cm Tuesday. Mr Cochran said: “The public performances ol the rodeo will continue, it is admittedly a rough game, but it is a genuine sport, played by men and women who count for a good deaL in the development of the Empire.”
