A BANKRUPTCY CASE. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received June 19, 9.40 a.m. SUVA, June 19. Y. M. Pillay and Brothers, Indian merchants, in a. statement of their affairs in bankruptcy, disclosed a deficiency of £24,843, and liabilities amounting to £57,672, including unsecured deposits, principally of Indian settlers, amounting to £29,463.
