BRAKES FAIL
TR AIN ACCIDENT. 15 KILLED ; 30 INJURED. BY 0ABL1—P&1BS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT BERLIN, June 17. The brakes failed to function on a crowded train which was descending a steep hill at Iserlohm, near Dortmund. The car crashed into a factory building and was completely shattered. Fifteen people were killed and thirty were seriously injured.
