HAMILTON SESSIONS. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.') HAMILTON, June 12. At the Supreme Court, Donald Dugay, an elderly man, pleaded guilty to five charges of indecent acts with hoys, and was ‘sentenced, to 10 years’ hard labour. His Honor said that prisoner had forfeited the right to live in decent society. William Shaw, formerly an official of the Labour Union, pleaded guilty to five charges of theft of moneys, approximating £IOO, belonging to a union, and was sentenced to reformative treatment for two years. His Honor said that when a man was put in a position of trust by his fellow men he should endeavour 'to justify that trust. SENTENCES IMPOSED. WELLINGTON, June 12. . At the Supreme Court the following sentences were imposed:—William Norman Bryce, for false pretences and attempted false pretences, six months, to be served concurrently with the three months he is at present serving; John Alexander Fettics, for theft of moneys, one year; Albert Geoffrey Maddock, theft as a servant, two years; Albert Saunders, for the theft of moneys, two years; George Smith, a habitual criminal, .theft and escaping from legal custody, two years and oim year imprisonment, sentences to be concurrent and again declared an habitual criminal; Wrn. Thomas, theft, two years’ imprisonment.
