CANCER.

ALLEGED CU]gE. 8Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT NEW YORK, June 10. In regard to the alleged cancer cure the Philadelphia Public Ledger publishes a qualifying statement from two Philadelphia specialists, Drs. Warmuth and Donnelly, who have been working with Dr. Glover, who claims the discovery. They regret the first announcement, before experimental work had made the discovery so certain, that the results would be given at the medical profession, for this point had not yet been reached.

Dr. Warmuth said: “Very advanced and what are ordinarily called hopeless cases will have little .to expect from this new treatment. We can get only enough serum to treat experimental cases, and do not know when the general public can be supplied. It takes eighteen months to immumize a horse, so serum production is slow.”
