ANOTHER ENCOUNTER WITH TRIBESMEN. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) Calcutta, Dec. 2. General Gasclee's column has reached Banguoie and effected a junction with the Kurram columns. During the march across Kahudkara Pass his rear guard was strongly pressed by the tribesmen, who tried to seize the guns, and a hand-to-hand fight took place. The losses on the side of the British were eight killed and 25 wounded. The Rontgen rays are being successfully used in the treatment of the wounded members of the force.
