A Mysterious Poisoning Case.

[By Telegkaph.] (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, This day. A mysterious care of poisoning is reported to have taken place at Leeston on Show day. Thos. Gulliver was taken ill after eating some sandwiches for lunch, and Dr Gossett, who attended him, discovered he was suffering from strychnine poisoning. Gulliver ate some of the same sandwiches for breakfast without any ill effect. The police are making enquiry.
