PATRIOTIC MAHOMEDANS.
(Per Press Association.—Copyright.)
Constantinople, Sept. 22
The Turkish Palace organ has published an article jubilant in tone at the reception accorded by the Sultan to the address presented by the Mohomedans of Kurachi, which declared that although they were apparently subjects of the Queen, they were really moral iy and actually under the protection of the Sultan, and were ready to sacrifice their lives and'fortune in the service of the Sovereign of all Mahomedans.
