A STEAMER FOUNDERS.
THE CREW THREE DAYS IN A DINGY. (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) Hgbart, This day. The small steamer Kelpie, which left Melbourne on the 10th, foundered next day when 50 miles off Melbourne Heads. The crew consisted of the captain, engineer, and one seaman, who took to a 13ft. clingy and successfully cror-sc l the straits, landing at Penguin yesivrday. They had no water and only two small tins of meat.
