Wind between north and west and south-west at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth, and between north-east and north and west at all other places during the next 12 hours, then changing to between north and west and south-west. Barometer rise at all places after 12 hours. Heavy westerly winds are probably in all parts of the country.
