Bankruptcy Cases.
ONE CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED FOB TWO YEARS. [By Telegraph,] (Per Press Association.) Wellington, This day. J. T. Hall, grocer, had his certificate of bankruptcy suspended for two years. The Official Assignee stated that it was a very extreme cas£lo?~bad book-keeping, and the bankrtjptey had directly resulted from this cause. In another case Judge Edwards took occasion to remark that the judgment .summons was a bad system which needed reform. The Assignee agreed that it ought to be modified, but no doubt it was somewhat difficult in cases where a person owed say under £SO in all. If a summons were issued the order should be made, applicable to all the creditors. He intended to confer with the Justice Department on the subject.
