SEVENTEEN years' experience in the Cycling trade has taught the Overman Wheel Company how to make bicycles. Seventeen years continually improving year after year has made the product of the aforesaid Company something that cannot be excelled at the present time. The Victor has the simplest construction of any machine made, and is excedingly strong as proved by tests, and is a perfect model. The Victor hub and sprocket is a masterpiece. It is constructed all in one piece and of the finest crucible steel. In this way it is impossible to turn the hub down to small diameters and make it at once very light and very strong, with an absolute certainty that nothing will work loose. This piece is hardened in oil throughout, and drawn to the proper temper to insure toughness both to bearing surfaces and to sprocket teeth. There is no soft cone to grind into after the thin hardened surface has been worn away. G. H. VICKERS, & CO., Local Agents. Now Published.
