CHINESE PIRATES AGAIN.
LOOTING A MILLIONAIRE'S BOAT. (Per Press Association.—L'opyriyht.) Sydney, This dny. Eastern news just to hand states that another outrage has been committed by Chinese pirates. A boat containing the son of a Chinese millionaire and a number of relatives grounded near Canton. A gang of fully armed pirates surrounded the party and threatened instant death. The pirates secured 50,000 dollars' worth of jewels and 2000 dollars in notes.
