A LAWYER S OPINION. (By Telegraph.) (Per Press Association.) Wkli.ixgton, This Day. Mr -Jellicoe has advised Mr Cuthberb Cowan that he is entitled to the Awarna seat. Other lawyers here take the same view and the Times say the matter Mill probably be fought out in the Election Court.
