CnmsTCHUECH, June 17. An elderly woman named Mrs Hepburn died suddenly to-night. Dcxkdin, June 17.

At the inquest on Hannah Maria Godfrey, wife of a dairyman at Pine Hill, who died suddenly yesterday, the evidence showed that the deceased had taken a quantity of aconite instead of medicine prescribed for her. A verdict of suicide while temporarily insane was returned.

Miss E. Pressland, who met with a serious accident in Wellington while cycling, is still in a very critical state. In addition to the other injuries it has been ascertained that some of heiv ribs are broken.

William Taylor, who was admitted to the Grey town Hospital, has succumbed to his injuries received through falling over a cliff at Pahau on Friday last.
