A Dillonite manifesto, adopted at a meeting of 21 members of the party has been issued stating that they are nnable to participate in the Jubilee rejoicings owing to the wrongs suftered by Ireland tinder the union with England. Sixty-three Diilonites have, however, applied for seats to view the precession from Speaker's Green, which has been reserved for members of Parliament.
