THIS Society i- prepared to advance sums of £25 and upwards upon approved freehold or leasehold securities, at rates of interest Imrcr than those of any similar society in Hawke's Day or throughout New Zealand. Loans are granted by the Society for periods of from 2 to 10 years, repayable by monthly instalments. If from sickness or other causes borrowers an- prevented paying their monthly instalments, repayments of principal mav be suspended, and interest ««/;/ charged on the principal owing for the time being. No procuration or commission fees, and legal costs very much lower than those usually charged. Loans or any portion of them can be paid oil' at any time, by giving three months' notice to the Society.
