(Per Press Association.) We&tport, This day. At the Britannia mine, which is now being developed under the direction of the N.Z. and Globe Exploring Company, a second exceedingly rich reef has been developed. Specimens brought to town are far superior to anything ever seen in the district. The General Exploration Company of German capitalists are developing large auriferous areas at Charleston, Addisons, and Fairdown. The Anglo N.Z. syndicate has takeu the option of the Lady Agnes lease on Carson's Reward lease, Mokihinui.
