The Petone Murder.

(l\r I'tiss AsKiH-iuti'in.) Wellington, March 16. The Supreme Court was occupied the whole day with the charge against Bosher in connection with the Petone murder. Much of the evidence was similar to that given in the lower Court, but Dr. Scanlan said the knife (l)osher's) produced was not likely to have caused the wounds on the bodies. He added that the wound on the man was larger than that on the female, but both were of the same nature; further, in his opinion there was nothing inconsistent with the theory that two individuals murdered the old couple.
