His wife was found dead in the house on the 11th inst. with her head and face in a tub of water as if she had fallen there. The medical examination showed no signs of a fit. A verdict of accidental death bydrowning was returned. Suspicion was subsequently Jtt-oused, and the body exhumed. The ]><>st mortem revealed that she died of suffocation through compression.
