THE VOLUNTARY SCHOOLS BILL. (iVr / V..« Axsnriotinn. —< i'jhl.) London, Feb. 2. Mr Balfour has announced that the Government intended to reduce the voluntary school rates by giving a grant of 5s pec child, entailing an expenditure of tGI-1.000 per annum.
